hai... my daughter is 16 month old nd got fever last month then last week nd this week too .. what is the reason .. I am little worried

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid pcreparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be benefickcial too to bring the temperature down .
