Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby semi solid food and fresh fruits and vegetables along with breastfeeding and formula milk.
also you should include dal soup khichdi daliya ragi porridge suji items potatoes pumpkin apple and banana.
