Hai my baby is 5 months old, his potty is green in colur with mucs and smell. may I know what is the cause is this an infection

A. mucous or blood with stool ? stool can be green yellow brown in colour .so not to worry about the colour more if the consistency and the frequency is normal. the stools are not mixed with mucus or blood and green stools commonly are seen if your baby drinks formula Milk or having mild cold and cough
