Q.
Hai... my baby is 3 years old. Her mantoux report is positive. Does that mean she has TB? someone plz explain..I'm really worried 😢

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. if montaux is positive then obviously it's there but still you need to do routine blood investigation and chest x ray to make a proper diagnosis. then start treatment

Consult your child’s doctor for further evaluation and advice. Clarify all your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
