Q.

Hai mam my last period on 24th August I took pregnancy test at 5th week got positive now I m at 6th week no bleeding once had nausea and vomiting what does it mean is my pregnancy is going well or any issues to be known plz suggest

It It’s good that you did not have a bleeding because leading is not a healthy sign during pregnancy you must be knowing that for sure and if you’re not having nausea then that is also very good very irritating so it is not necessary that you will always have no issue or any other thing which people have because every woman has different pregnancy route altogether some people have no issues at all some have like nausea throughout the pregnancy they could be different things but as of now in nothing is happening to you that’s very very good but yes a consultation of with the gynaecologist is definitely very important
