hai mam around my baby mouth reddish dots why mam it's because of winter and now I'm using moise cream for body and face for her is it ok

Teething Can often lead to drooling with lots and lots of kids and because of that only pimples or rashes like this can appear as you are mentioning so that can be a reason so in that case I would recommend you to avoid using whatever you are using if it is a rash because of the same then you can use boroline but if you feel it is just because of the skin then you can start applying baby hug facial cream
