Hai. I am a mom of 7 month and 25 days old baby. Can I start 3 meals can I give semi solid food or not

A. hi dear mum , yes u shd give 3 meals to ur baby now the food should b soft u may slightly mash with ur hands from 9 to 10 mths u can give soft n lumpy form
