Hai dr, my kid viraj 6 years and he suffering from fever and cold from 1 week.we went to dr and he suggested paracetamol syrup and meftal-p syrup,solvincold and I gave him af 3:45pm normal paracetamol syrup, now due to high fever at 8pm I have meftal syrup, now again I need to give paracetamol syrup or I need to give again howmuch time after I need to give and we gave antibiotics in tablet but he is not eating tablet he is getting vomiting, now what I need to do
