ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom good amount of fluid intake is required and also whole fruits and vegetables as well too as they are rich in fibre and it is helpful in such conditions , whole grains and cereals as well ..
Avoid Refined and processed foods and bakery and ready to eat mixes . Also high fat intake is a strict no no so avoid oily and fried foods as well
