Hai doctor my son is having heavy cough, he is coughing repeatedly any suggestions for that.

Author of questionFather of a 3 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Thanks for your advice doctor, but he don't have nose blockage he only have cough..seems to be cold accumulated in chest while coughing.so can I start with your medication?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child
meet dr for other meds
