hai doctor my son getting fever and loss motion,I give cefixime oral suspension,I give this is syurap 2months back my question is again that syurap use or not,is it good for my baby one tonic two time can we use,

A. uLoose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite . supportive treatment is very necessary wbghere proper hydration shgfould be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose . Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
