Hai doctor My child is 2.6 years old.She is having breast feed once at afternoon and night,is it good or bad ?

A. Hi Mom I Gradually stop feeding at day then at night Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby Burp well Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
