Hai doctor, My baby SSSri just have cough only when she starts milk feed at start time after that there is no cough and we noticed light grrr sound at chest. may be she is suffering cold n cough. plz suggest best medicine drops.

A. it may be just due to improper burping.you can give steam for cough and cold and mild sneezing . For fever paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times . For cough ascoril L S can be given 2 to 3 times in a day .
