hai doctor my baby fell down from bed and cried for 5 min and after that she clam down and now she is normal. I didn't find swelling on her body is this common to fall down for babies? pls tell me and any suggestions on this need to consult doctor or not?

Look your child is too small I can understand that you are not seeing any evident thing on the outer side of the skin or body but four month old child fell down can get hurt very easily because they are very sensitive in this age and very fragile so it’s better for you to get examine with the paediatrician for sure
