hai doctor my baby 20 months... today she is having fever... after six hrs I checked her temperature infiont of midde head her temperature is 36.6 but left side head and right side head temperature is 37.4 which temperature I should take kindly tell me doctor

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce feverbut if it continues further youlm should consult your doctor for proper treatment regarding this
