A. vomiting and spitting is normal in babies feed the baby in an upright position and burp the baby after every feed. drink lots of water and also a glass of water before feeding the baby. chew some fennel seeds while feeding the baby give some tummy time to the baby if the vomiting is in excess please consult a pediatrician and he will guide you better
