Q.

hai doctor.. good morning.. this is vishnupriya.. I am now 7month pregnant.. nowadays it's to difficult to sleep doctor.. also breathing also disturbing while sleeping.. is it normal doctor.. what can i do for this?

A. in many cases this is normal due to the growing uterus size which creates pressure on abdomen and lungs but you should not neglect and once get proper examination done by your doctor have regular check on pulse , saturation and blood pressure

A. Sometimes when the baby is more on the upper side a lot of women face this kind of a problem when it comes to their breathing and difficulty in the sleep is when you lie down completely because the stomach is too big so what you can do is you can sleep in 3/4 reclining position by using decent number of pillows still if you feel the problem is there then please consult your gynaecologist
