hai dear mom's one of my nippele is cranking.its very painful.what should I do.tell me any home remindes.pls help me

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Apply hind milk on the nipple and keep it aerated between the feeds. Avoud wearing bra for some time. Also you can appky nip care cream. Never forcefully detach the baby from breast as baby sometimes bite the nipple. You can use nipple shield

Hello and good afternoon You may apply Nipcare ointment twice a day ,that will help in healing Allow air to circulate, air exposure that will help in earlier healing.
