ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom would not suggest to avoid any kind of ready to mix foods instead give easy to digest foods now such as home made kichidi , idli or curd rice , vegetable soups , fruits or fruit juices, coconut water etc
