Q.

H, my 4 month old only take 90 ml per feeding with gap of 3-4 hrs and she doesn’t feed at night..her weight gain is proper but she passes green stool, is it because she is not getting enough milk through the day. Her daily formula intake is only 500 to 600 ml. Please advice

A. iys ok then. Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk. Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.

A. Hello mom You should calculate the quantity of milk according to babies weight. If your baby’s weight is around seven kgs then baby should take at least 110 to 130 ML at a time when you have to repeat the feeding in every two hours gap. If baby is not taking milk during night that is fine but in daytime you have to give in every
