#Gync Hi Am passing bowel after having food how to treat this Please suggest

A. hi it happens because of indigestion or infection. so, please take small and frequent meals. include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc in your diet which helps to maintain good bacteria in intestine. keep your body well hydrated. drink warm water with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger ras ,take it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. maintain good hygiene.
