#gynaecologist I am a breastfeeding mother of 11 months old baby, from 2 days I got white spot on my nipple and very mild pain is there if it is touched hardly. can anyone help me with the remedy

A. your baby is 11 months old and you are a feeding mothers if you are having any type of nipple pain you can do hot compress over the area and make sure that you empty the breast well
