Gudmrng Doctor My daughter is 5 years 8 month. She is very thin her weight is 16. Please suggest about her diet.Thanks

A. For healthy weight gain of the child, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, milk and its products. Feed 3 main meals and atleast two times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids.
