Q.
gud morning doctor..... my 2.5 months baby boy hasn't passed his motion since 5days.... he is comfortable, his shomach is also not hard, he passes gas many times, wen he passes gas there is a very foul smell....... he evn passes urin many time, no problem in that also..... doctor is it normal or shud I consult the doctor....

It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also.
The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solidc to solid or semi liquid then there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour as well as the smell of the stool
Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal
