gud afternoon doctor i have started formula for my baby because of weight gain issue she is almost 4 months now..formula is good for her? how much should I give her for each feed what should be the time gap between each feed

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbingv the enough calories which fthe baby is taking Baby is burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. At 4 months, your baby may drink about 4–6 ounces (120-180 milliliters) at each feeding, depending on how often they eat. By 6 months, your baby may drink 6–8 ounces (180–230 milliliters) about 4–5 times a day.
