Plain milk is good you can give turmeric milk atleast weekly twice which Boosts up immunity power.
Instead protein powder add nuts powder (home made).
Dry roast nuts separately (cashew, almonds, pistachio, walnuts, Hazel nuts) grind into fine powder store in air tight container.
Mix this powder in milk,nuts rich in protein, calcium improves immunity power, muscle strength, Brain development elements, helps in weight gain, bone strength.
