A. No, it will not, avoid giving gripe water. Common cold is a viral infection of nose and throat. Nasal Congestion and runny nose are the main indicators of a cold. Keep feeding your baby well, give indirect steam or use humidifier, put saline nasal drops. You can prevent it by keeping your baby away from the person who is suck, wash your hands before handling the baby, clean baby's toys and pacifier often

A. Hello and good morning you may give the baby indirect steam and apply warm mustard oil with A Pinch of salt and turmeric and garlic and leave it overnight and cover it properly and completely
