A. Hello good morning !! Generally post delivery irregular periods happens due to harmonal changes,stress,low haemoglobin .. Also check with UPT kit if you had relation previous month if you havent used any contraception as there are high chances of getting pregnancy during post partum . If negative result in UPT dont worry have more water,balanced diet with calcium ,iron foods periods might be irregular in few ladies. Consult gynaecologist if periods delay for more than (6-8 weeks)2 months.
