Good morning sir sir my child is having runny nose and cough since one week Dr prescribed him syrup Ascoril junior d 3 ml thrice a day and antibiotics Azithromycin 2.5 ml for 3 days but runny nose and cough is still there which is making him uncomfortable please guide what to do thankyou sir
