Good Morning Sir, Since Yesterday ie:15th April 2025,My 11yr old daughter is having,cough (khaasi),fever and headache, due to continuous coughing,she even did vomit, would you prescribe me with the medicine's.

Cherricof and Crocin so first one is for cough which you can give three times in the day second is for fever which you can give every six hours is the temperature is there and paracetamol since you’re giving it is going to take care of headache also also I’m going to advise you to consult your doctor there can be a possibility of a heat stroke also
