good morning Sir, my toddler is 1.9 years old, he will not have food properly,he holds food in mouth for very long period and then he will spit out, what to do sir.

try developing the food interest have meal together make the meal time happy family time..
add variety and creativity to plate
let the baby have his own food
start with vitamin supplements as Zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric
