good morning sir. my son one year old having fever yesterday on words he is not eating any thing yesterday on words ..we are using paracetamol 250 mg 4 ml . every 6 hours once. my son weight is 10.9 kgs and 13 months old

A. hi.. pleaae give paracetomol as per instructions. offer clear fluids.. or can try feeding his fav food. offer snall bitesore often, but do nit force feed him. o k
