good morning sir my son is 15 months old please share me the good diet for him...and can I feed rice to my son from this night

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Give 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks to a 1 year old baby. Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form. Food should be less spicy and sweet. can give rice in night.
