good morning sir my son is 13 months old but he does not eat apart from fruits and milk what to do and only upper two teeth have came

A. might be the child is on teething. do not force feed. use playful methods of feeding. introduce small quantity of food after different intervals. offer foods with different colours and texture. engage the child with toys or elaborated stories while feeding.
