good morning, sir my daughter is 5 year old so i want to know, how avoid junk foods or Carbonated drinks..

U Just have to say no to your child instead prepare something healthy drink at home like lemonade or something with flavours which is what is going to be very helpful and all these things are very very harmful junk food should be given once in a week or 10 days if your child likes to have it but new carbonated drinks you can avoid it as long as you can it’s not at all healthy has very bad side
