Q.

good morning sir,. my baby girl is 2 years and 6 months, after 3 months of deworming she again get perimal itching. what's the reason for again and again ping worms. what's the solution please recommend.

A. You have to maintain more hygiene. Cut nails. Don't let her put fingers/hand in her mouth. Wash her hands frequently especially before she eats. Be extra careful till the problem resides. Apply coconut oil in the region. It will soothe itching and apparently (unsure) also prevents the pinworm from coming out to lay eggs.

A. Accidentally swallowing or breathing in pinworm eggs causes a pinworm infection. The tiny (microscopic) eggs can be carried to your mouth by contaminated food, drink or your fingers. Once swallowed, the eggs hatch in the intestines and mature into adult worms within a few weeks.
