Good morning sir,My baby girl born on 11-08-2021 she is frequently going motion every time when I feed the milk ,so what's the problem please suggest me

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical ejgxamination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
