Good morning sir My 5 months old baby's neck and back was reddish and looking like a prikly heat. please give me solution for my baby.

A. can't see any. it is a must to visit a nearby doctor to get a proper evaluation done of the concern then it can be made sure if it shall need intervention or not so do the need ful .
