good morning sir my 4 yrs daughter is having dry hacking cough in night since 10 days but no cough in day time. please suggest. what to do

A. Hi keep baby warm. boil one bowl water with few amount of ajwain and two small ilaychi . When only two spoon amount of this remain after boiling, lukewarm it and give it to your baby two times in a day.
