Good morning Sir I want to ask question about my daughter that she doesn't take milk, food? and her wait is only 10.5kg?what should I do for gaining the weight?

A. For healthy weight, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, rice water, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
