Good morning sir I'm Jhansi,my baby is 7mnths old he got fever yesterday at 11am it's 102.4°F. some times the temp is 103 also. we are using Paracetamol every 6th hourly but still now there was no fall of f temp, & between I'm giving sponging almost for every one & half hour, I consulted paediatric also he too suggested to give pcm n tepid sponging. So any suggestions

A. most of the viral fever will be high do not worry continue the same medicine Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
