good morning sir, both the babies Reyan and Rithika they are 2 months 10 days old, are suffering from fever and cold, can I give maxtra d and paracetamol drops

A. good morning it is not advisable to use any medicine on your own I would recommend you to try to consult with the doctor and then the medicine should be given to the child as prescribed by the doctor

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both thre cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated sytmptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
