# Good morning My two year old son has nasal congestion. Is there any permanent solution to it. I took him to an ENT. who advised nasal drop. But he again has nasal congestion. please guide.

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptogms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hi parent you can give indirect steam twice a day please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relif roll on please give daily sun light exposure
