Good morning! My daughter is 13 months old and she is having cough with mild fever. what should I give her? can I give cough syrup? paracetamol is being given. Her appetite has reduced a lot and she has lost weight. please advise

you may give your child mucolite drops 0.6 ml twice a day, give pcm drops for fever and do consult once your doctor in person.
