good morning my baby has turned one! since last one or two days he has been facing issues with his gastric health..has lot of gases and while passing the gas he cries alot and also he vomitted his meals last night and plus his head is hot but temp is ok kindly suggest

A. Avoid Broccoli, beans, cabbage, rajma, chick peas , biscuits If your child is drinking fruit juices more than a glass a day, it might be causing him to have a little extra gas, very high fibour diet also causes gases in babies.
