Q.
good morning, my 11 months old baby is having 103 temperature from last night and she is having motions. can you please suggest any medicine thank you

baby is having high temperature and we r using paracetamol suspension
but fever is not getting controlled

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give ors(oral rehydration solution) for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor.
also you cannot give outside milk and cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days.
avoid giving sweet sugary food as well as maida and biscuits, chocfolate, icecream, packet foods cerelac.
other food which can be given are
poha daliya upma mamra idli.
give sachet econorm twice daily for 3days

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Ibujesic plus you can give this right now as per the current weight of your child and also please immediately visit Jio hospital near nearest doctor. The fever is extremely high for the child. Doctor would be able to give you a proper medication. Also start doing cold sponging that is also going to help in reducing down the fever.
