good morning mam / sir , my baby having cough and cold ,running nose ,high grade fever 5 days ,I went to doctor to get consultation 3 days befor ,now my baby having same symptoms but fiver present in hingh grade only nit time is that seriuos?

A. needs appropriate investigations of the baby d sFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
