Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.

Ur Challenge completed the age of three months so as of now you are free to eat everything there is no restriction on any kind of food plan for the child just avoid eating heavy food stuff which you will find difficult to digest and too much of spices rest you can have everything that you’re willing to eat
