Q.

Good morning mam, My son is 1year 3months old, he weighs 8.9KG now... Kindly suggest the foods that can increase his weight

A. Dear mum, you should give all family foods. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
