For your son's overall growth and development make sure you are including - ragi, paneer, palak, banana, almonds, curd, dals and sprouts in his meals. Try new recipes and make his food interesting - cheese frankie, ragi nuts porridge, paneer cutlet, palak soup, sprouts bhel, nuts ladoo, lassi etc.

Give your baby whatever you eat because now your baby is grown up and he has to get used to whatever you are eating, also give fresh fruits juices to your baby, also don't stop giving milk as it is needed as well but pay more attention on giving solids to your baby.
